Our Aim:
As owners and hosts, Peter Milhinch and Sharyn Rogers aim to provide guests with premium vineyard accommodation and a unique and memorable Barossa Valley experience which surpasses their expectations.
To ensure the success of this aim, we are committed to providing:
• a high level of personal service taking into account at all times our guests
privacy requirements
• a friendly and welcoming environment
• an immaculately clean cottage and attention to detail ensuring all cottage
facilities are fully functional and in good order.
• accurate and detailed information about the accommodation and experiences
provided
• informed and comprehensive assistance with touring advice and Barossa
experiences
• a clear definition of costs, including booking and cancellation policies
• a booking confirmation package posted within 24 hours of confirmation
and payment
• our availability to rectify any problems which may arise during our guests
stay

- Contact us with any queries prior to booking so we can ensure your expectations are met.
- Please read our Terms of Payment and Cancellation and Damage policies carefully
- Provide us with feedback:
o Directly to us, either verbally or via email especially if adverse.
We treat all feedback as a positive thing for our business and will not
take it personally! We would rather have the opportunity to rectify any
issues and make good. Our guest's satisfaction is at the core of our
business philosophy.
o When you stay, a feedback form is placed in the cottage. Again, we
highly value any comments.
