Set among the vineyards and gardens of the Milhinch – Seize the Day Wine Estate is Seppeltsfield Vineyard Retreat. On the same property as our Cottage for two, set back in it’s own expansive garden and lawns, our three bedroom house offers relaxed premium self contained accommodation for up to 6 people. Ideal if you need a little more space and would love to get away with a few friends or family. .

The Retreat is a place to retreat, to savour and explore the Barossa, to relax, to unwind and to share good company.

Share a bottle or two from your favourite cellar door, enjoy great conversation over a meal around the huge dining table, sit by a cosy fireplace in winter or dine alfresco in the shady gardens on a warm night…  A stone’s throw from Seppeltsfield Winery and so close to Hentley Farm you can walk! ) plus close to many local boutique cellar doors, restaurants and attractions along our iconic Seppeltsfield Road, this will be the perfect base for you to enjoy your Barossa experience in premium surroundings with family or friends.

With plenty of room to move, there are three comfortable bedrooms with crisp linens on comfy beds, a fully equipped kitchen including breakfast supplies, local gourmet produce for a grazing platter and a bottle of local wine plus pantry staples, tea and Nespresso coffee. The large dining space has plenty of room to fit everyone for relaxed dining around the solid oak table,  or dine outside overlooking the expansive lawns and gardens in one of the outdoor entertaining areas. The sunken lounge room offers a large comfy modular lounge suite, a Jetmaster open wood fire, and 55″ QLED LCD SmartTV, perfect for putting your feet up after a day out and about. Two bathrooms and a full laundry complete the space.

All of your needs have been carefully considered and tended to with care to ensure you the highest level of relaxation and comfort. All you have to do is simply settle in and enjoy the tranquil feel of the Retreat and its surroundings.

Rates for less than six people are also available for direct bookings, phone for rate pricing on groups of two or 4 guests.

We can also look at booking both the Cottage and the Retreat to accommodate more people.  Having a Barossa wedding close by?  Why not book the Retreat house for the family or bridal party and then stay in the Cottage on your wedding night!  We will help make your wedding day one to remember by starting and finishing in gorgeous surroundings.

As our focus is on relaxation and tranquility, children are not permitted. We may make exceptions for older children (12 and over) and babies up to 12 months can be accommodated in a porta cot.
